When purchasing as a consumer on Kristina Dam Studio’s webshop www.kristinadamstudio.com, you are required to accept the terms and conditions set out below, which apply to deliveries within the EU. We therefore recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order in our webshop.

When purchasing goods in the Kristina Dam Studio online store, you are required to provide your personal details (name, address and payment information) and confirm your purchase. You will then receive an order confirmation at the email address you have provided. Once we have packed your order and it is ready for collection by the selected delivery service, you will receive further information. For more information, please refer to the Delivery section.

Our prices are stated in EUR and include the applicable VAT of the delivery country*. In addition, shipping costs apply, with the cheapest shipping option displayed in the shopping cart.

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed at our warehouse in Denmark within 2–7 business days. Delivery shall take place within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. Customers paying by credit card are subject to validation, and we reserve the right to delay delivery if additional security checks are required. We offer the following delivery options:

• Delivery to a parcel locker
• Delivery to a private address (with proof of receipt), usually via GLS, DHl, UPS or Dachser
• Delivery “curbside” (with proof of receipt)

You will receive a notification from the shipping company as soon as your order is on its way or ready for collection. Please note: Not all delivery methods are available for every product. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process.

• For orders under EUR 149: from EUR 15
• For orders over EUR 149: free shipping*

*Free delivery does not apply to furniture and larger items that require pallet delivery. The threshold of EUR 149 applies after any discounts and excludes shipping costs.

The cheapest shipping method is pre-selected in the shopping cart, but you can change it during checkout. The current shipping costs at the time of order always apply.

On www.kristinadamstudio.com, you can pay using the following methods: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. All credit card transactions are processed through an authorised payment provider. Your card will only be charged when we dispatch your goods.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins on the day you take physical possession of the goods. If the withdrawal period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, 24th or 31st December, the period is extended to the next working day.

Within the withdrawal period, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by email at order@kristinadam.dk. Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price as well as any shipping costs paid at the time of order, no later than 14 days. Partial returns do not include a refund of the original shipping costs. In case of return, please send the item to:

The return must be sent no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Unpaid shipments or shipments without delivery will not be accepted. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You are also responsible for proper packaging and bear the risk until the goods reach us. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them.

Your purchase is governed by Danish sales law, including rights related to defects. This means you are entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. A complaint is only valid if the defect was not caused by improper use or other damaging actions. You have a 24-month warranty period from the date of receipt of the goods. Please submit any complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Please describe the defect as thoroughly as possible. We will then inform you of the next steps. If the complaint is justified, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for the costs.

The goods must always be returned in secure packaging. Please keep the shipping receipt, including any tracking number. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). It can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

When purchasing on www.kristinadamstudio.com, you must provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address. This data, along with the order information, is stored in accordance with Danish accounting law for 5 years. Kristina Dam Studio ApS only shares the necessary data with the shipping company.

You have the right at any time to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data.
